Independent Audit Services
UHY CPA and Independent Auditing Inc. is offering independent audit services within the framework of both international and national legislation provisions in the subjects it is authorized by Turkish Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK). Conforming to international standards, Turkish Accounting Standards (TMS) and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) regulations are considered in independent audits performed and independent audit reports are prepared as a consequence of the audit. Besides, independent audit services are rendered to foreign customers and international companies according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and special purpose independent audit service is rendered to international companies requesting it and independent audit reports in Turkish, English are prepared.
Accounting Audit
The audit of the actual accounting and tax transactions of the domestic and foreign companies for the current period and reporting on how the correction of the mistakes will be corrected immediately or issuing the audit notes. Also investigating and confirming the accuracy of the financial statements and reports.
Due Diligence
Review and report before any proposed acquisition of a company operating in Turkey by any domestic or foreign client(s) or credit authorities on whether the financial and legal structure of the company is truly exhibited and its commitments.
